What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop analytic models and methodologies to support company strategy initiatives
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data-driven insights
- Analyze trends and patterns to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand information needs and provide insights
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reliability for analysis and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of professional experience with a focus on analytics
- Experience providing business-related and/or technical expertise on complex reporting projects
- Ability to quickly develop knowledge of new systems and underlying data sources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent technical and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience developing user dashboards using data visualization software, preferably Tableau
- Familiarity with Alteryx/Dataiku, Python coding, machine learning, VBA coding, and SQL Server/Oracle
- Master’s Degree in a related field
