      We have opportunities available in our Deloitte Modelling & Insights team in Sydney and Melbourne. We are looking for curious, ambitious team mates to join us and help support our clients and enable delivery of successful outcomes.       What will your typical day look like?
      • Work within a highly collegiate, high-performing team with a commitment to excellence
      • Assist in the design, development and review of financial models
      • Advise clients on their most critical business decisions by analysing and interpreting data and drawing on the commercial expertise which you will develop
      • Work across a wide range of client sectors and industries with opportunities to specialise in those you are passionate about
      • Work with clients on their most pressing issues including capital allocation, M&A, refinancing, major capital projects and business cases
      • Learn from highly experienced financial modellers and strategic advisers to C-suite clients

      In a continuously evolving business environment where organisations need to make smart, quick and well-informed decisions, we break down complex business problems and provide analysis and key insights to support clients make critical capital, strategic and operational decisions. We provide strategic advice underpinned by financial models that are robust, flexible and transparent to significantly enhance business decision-making based on evidence.

      Enough about us, let's talk about you.
      You may have all or some of the following skills / experience:
      • A curious mind, an ambitious perspective and a positive attitude
      • Love working with numbers and strong Microsoft Excel skills (or willingness to learn)
      • At least 2 years’ work experience in either:
      o A role involving financial modelling; or
      o Another relevant quantitative field such as audit or tax, with a strong desire to leverage your experience into financial modelling

      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
      • The ability to apply a logical and analytical approach to problem solving
