What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead consultative requirements gathering sessions with internal stakeholders
- Conduct sophisticated data analysis and modeling for the Retrospective Claims Auditing business
- Optimize processes to improve reporting efficiency and maximize organizational utility
- Create automated business tools, templates, and KPI reporting products
- Assist with ROI analysis, resource reallocation, and new business opportunity sizing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with a quantitative focus or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business strategy, or operational excellence
- Strong analytical, quantitative, written, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data storytelling and manipulating large quantities of data
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and BI tools such as Tableau
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Lean knowledge/experience to apply lean concepts and principles
- Experience in healthcare and/or software industries
