- Serve as lead research point of contact for JLL’s Northeast multi-housing leaders and regional multi-housing teams, partnering on strategic pitches and client presentations
- Actively involved in pitch preparation and creating content for producers to leverage in deal execution, working with local market researchers to demonstrate JLL’s superior market knowledge
- Proactively partner with the research team and capital markets leaders on development of ad hoc data analysis and bespoke research that exemplifies JLL’s industry leading thought leadership
- Work across business lines and research functions on fee-based client advisory projects, leveraging internal and 3rd party data sources to create research that will be used by clients to take to investment committees and execute on business plans
- Monitor development pipelines, major transactions and become an expert on the local economy, job and industry makeup, demographics and local market company growth to tell a compelling story about the local markets
- Collect and disseminate monthly or quarterly "talking points" and research slide decks related to sectors covered in conjunction with co-leads of those sectors
- Dive into real-time economic, financial and capital markets-related topics to build data and market narrative on ad hoc topics that emerge throughout the year
- Work with designated Living Alternatives sector leads, discuss strategic research objectives and execute on bespoke research for use in pitches and presentations
- Establish and regularly update national deck for designated Living Alternatives sector.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or related field desired
- Two to three years in commercial real estate, business analysis, research, or related field
- Working knowledge of commercial real estate dynamics and financial markets is preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Command of Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize and manage work in a dynamic environment with senior stakeholders
- Strong quantitative skillset with ability to identify new insights and trends through data analytics
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to both work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment

Senior Analyst, Multi-housing Capital Markets Research – Northeast
The Senior Analyst will join JLL's capital markets research team, partnering with multi-housing / Living sector business stakeholders to analyze capital markets liquidity and pricing trends across the Northeast region, capital formation trends, and trends related to the multi-housing and Living sectors and alternative sectors. The Senior Analyst will report to the Director, Capital Markets Research, and will collaborate with various stakeholders across different lines and/or alternatives property sectors.
The Senior Analyst will work in collaboration with a cross-functional team of property sector and business line researchers, each specializing in different commercial real estate property sectors and investment areas. Assist on projects and initiatives that span the U.S. capital markets and the multi-housing / Living property types along with alternatives). Create and update capital markets research presentations, content and analysis on the overall investment market, liquidity and pricing trends, capital formation trends, and market themes.

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:
85,000.00 – 105,000.00 USD per yearThe pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
