Develop deep expertise pertaining to Arrow markets, offerings and business units
Lead primary and secondary market research directly, and in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
Create structured thought frameworks and analytical models to address key strategic questions and translate output into clear findings and recommendations
Monitor market and technology trends and competitive landscape, and draw meaningful conclusions and actionable insights that can be of value to Arrow executives
Formulate strategies and approaches to answer complex strategic questions
Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business value is being derived from Strategy deliverables.
Develop and deliver original content on corporate strategy initiatives and market insights to senior leaders at Arrow
Support the successful development and deployment of the annual strategic process and regular executive meetings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, and Operations, to develop and execute organic and inorganic growth strategies that align with our corporate goals.
3-6 years of related experience with a 4-year degree in a technical discipline; or 2-3 years and an advanced degree
Related experience can be from management consulting, corporate strategy, market sizing and analysis, go to market strategy, business strategy and research or quantitative analysis
Ability to solve complex problems; leveraging data-driven thinking and existing solutions; explores and adopts new perspectives, where appropriate
Works independently, with minimal guidance
Skilled at creating executive-quality presentations and communicating complex ideas and plans to executives
Sophisticated analytical and problem-solving abilities; growth mindset driven by a high level of intellectual curiosity
Collaborative approach: ability to influence diverse stakeholders and build consensus
Sharp attention to detail and execution of the highest quality
Strong project management skills: can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in financial analysis and presentation tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with industry-standard databases and resources

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced corporate strategy professional to join our lean, high-impact Strategy team and help drive Arrow’s next phase of growth.
As Senior Analyst, Global Strategy you will play a vital role in helping shape Arrow’s long-term strategy. Working closely with senior leadership as a key member of the Strategy team, you will identify, evaluate, and execute strategic initiatives in support of Arrow’s growth objectives.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role within Arrow. A strong understanding of the technology distribution landscape is additive but not strictly required; strategic thinking and growth mindset will be prioritized in evaluating candidate fit.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday - work from home.

$84,500.00 - $124,999.60Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
