      To satisfy the needs of our growing client base, Hamilton Lane is looking for a Senior Analyst, Credit Facility Management to join our Treasury team.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Help support the department head on several technology implementations to help build the department.
      • Monitoring of Credit Facility mailbox to ensure all drawdown and paydown requests are delivered to the bank and executed within required timeframes.
      • Hazeltree data maintenance of LOC activity that includes:
        • Daily draw and paydown activity
        • Monthly interest accrual and payment review and confirmation
        • Monthly principal balance confirmation
        • Quarterly fee accrual and payment review and confirmation
        • New loan setup and agreement renewal maintenance
      • Debt Covenant management and tracking
      • Serve as the liaison with others other internal departments to support daily processes including:
        • Cash projection management
        • Legal document execution
        • Loan notice communication from lenders to relevant stakeholders
      • Serve as a point of contact to field general questions regarding active lines from internal and external teams.

      NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS; Education and/or Experience:

      • 1-2 plus years of work experience in an accounting/financial industry setting preferred
      • College degree (B.A., B.S. or B.B.A.)
      • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications preferably Excel.
      • Must be detail oriented, organized and possess good analytical skills.
      • Must be able to handle multiple assignments/initiatives in a deadline driven environment.
      • Must be able to work individually and in teams.
      • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
      • Ability to operate in a high pressure environment
