What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage data from various sources, including data lakes, Oracle databases, ERP, WMS, and internal tools, to build advanced data products
- Collaborate with stakeholders across processes and teams to define measurement solutions and implement business processes that drive performance
- Identify and analyze user requirements and processes to improve existing workflows
- Support business initiatives through data analysis, implementation barrier identification, and user acceptance testing of systems
- Participate in building and maintaining BI dashboards, automated tools, and educating end users
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- Strong facilitation skills and process-driven analytical skills
- 5+ years of experience with a proven record of success in business process analysis and process improvement initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in building financial and operational models, reports, tools, and datasets
- Advanced analytical skills and experience with data science tools including SQL, Python/R, as well as Excel, Power BI, and Power Query
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management and Lean Six Sigma belt certification
- Strong understanding of warehousing processes and WMS systems
- Experience with platforms such as Snowflake or GCP
- 3+ years of work experience with various departments and multi-functional projects
- MBA or master’s degree in mathematics, engineering, computer science, or a related field
