What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate on developing customized Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) projects to assess marketing effectiveness
- Engage in day-to-day marketing effectiveness activities, including data delivery and analytics processes
- Work with stakeholders to design and complete analytical processes to derive actionable insights
- Validate and update a marketing effectiveness roadmap aligned with business priorities
- Support senior leadership with executive engagement materials and critical business needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of analytics experience
- Strong proficiency in R or Python
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience in paid media marketing or analytics, either in a digital agency or on the client side
- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex findings

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of retail media network initiatives, both offsite (Paid Search, Display) and onsite (PLA and display)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to accept feedback
- Attention to detail with a focus on primary business questions
