- Work together with the Delta Co-Brand marketing team to bring the vision for Delta Co-Brand loyalty marketing to life. Help to identify and build out new capabilities for best-in-class loyalty marketing.
- Collaborate with Delta and key internal partners to create and optimize campaigns in Delta-owned channels.
- Partner with internal Amex teams and creative agencies to develop breakthrough marketing to improve results
- Lead general campaign management activities including creative reviews, execution, results analysis, forecasting & budget management and compliance approvals
- Support Senior Manager during milestone portfolio initiatives including product refreshes, new benefit launches, etc. in go-to-market strategy, toolkit development, creative review and submission processes and reporting for Amex prop and partner channel assets
- Become a team leader in inspiring change and creating efficiencies
- Keep abreast of trends and new developments within the Consumer Marketing Landscape and monitor competitor activity
- At least 2+ years of marketing experience
- Creative problem solver with customer-focused approach
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to innovate
- Superior attention to detail to ensure end-to-end flawless execution
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and derive insight
- Ability to multi-task, operate autonomously, and prioritize effectively
- Passion for “solving puzzles” and simplifying complex issues
- Ability to build and demonstrate strong relationships to influence partners

The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day. The Co-Brand Partnership Marketing team is a significant driver of value to Consumer Card Members within the American Express franchise. The team is dedicated to delivering best in class marketing experiences to Card Members through partner channels and is responsible for marketing to Card Members throughout their lifecycle.
The Sr. Analyst, Delta Co-Brand Customer Marketing, Benefits Reinforcement & Loyalty, will be responsible for managing customer marketing in Delta-owned channels and acting as an advocate for Delta Co-Brand loyalty marketing in Amex-owned channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Analyst who will support the team at a ground-breaking time of expansion and growth. This role will primarily focus on completing a strategic roadmap to drive greater Customer engagement and share of wallet for the Delta co-brand portfolio. An ideal candidate will be interested in a balance of core operational functions and relationship management (internal and external partners), with excitement to join a team focused on getting results and value to our Card Members.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
