      The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels.       The Consumer Banking Organization’s mission is to become essential to Members lives by providing Everyday Banking products with unparalleled value, service, and convenience while also serving as a key source of funding for the Company.

      The Analyst/Sr Analyst, Consumer Deposits Money Movement will be part of the team responsible for deploying, managing, and innovating around the ways consumers can send and receive money in their deposit accounts. This person will own or contribute to new enhancements and ongoing monitoring across a diverse set of features that are the first of their kind at Amex. In a fast-moving, startup environment, they will collaborate with multiple stakeholder teams to inform and influence product roadmaps for Consumer Checking and Savings. They will also monitor internal and external resources to ensure team-wide focus on customer needs and emerging industry trends.

      Key responsibilities include:

      • Collaborate across partner teams to build and launch best in class customer experiences on multiple products
      • Define key success metrics and monitor performance once product features launch to customers
      • Review key third-party publications and flag impacts to owned features
      • Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders including Product Development, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Servicing, Marketing, and Technology
      • Derive insights from external environment and competitive set

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Positive “roll-up your sleeves” attitude and ability to work with “start-up” mentality
      • Team player with a passion to create the best customer experience for our Customers
      • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
      • Solution-oriented, strategic thinker with analytical, quantitative, and creative problem solving skillsets
      • Ability to proactively identify areas of opportunity and drive results
      • Ability to stay calm under pressure and flexible amidst change
      • Intellectual curiosity around Banking and Fintech space and external perspective
      • Strong interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills with the ability to work with partners across different functions and communicate with all levels of colleagues
      • 1+ years of professional experience

      Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
