What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), risk assessments, and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) with department leaders
- Identify and address gaps in recovery strategies to enhance contingency plans
- Facilitate Site Incident Management plans and conduct related exercises
- Support business units during significant events such as hurricanes or pandemics
- Manage emergency notification systems and ensure timely updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of professional experience
- 1+ year of combined experience in Business Continuity, Enterprise Resiliency, Risk Management, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minor travel expected: 0-5%
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills

- Proven ability to effectively communicate with senior management
