  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Oversee and manage the implementation and maintenance of HireVue’s information security compliance program, focusing on FedRAMP and FISMA compliance
  - Coordinate and facilitate periodic assessments and audits by third-parties and clients
  - Develop and maintain HireVue’s FedRAMP authorization and related security documentation
  - Document plans of action and milestones to address control deficiencies identified during audits
  - Serve as a primary contact for federal clients needing support with the HireVue Video Interview Platform
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 7 years of experience dedicated to Information Security and Compliance, focusing on FISMA and NIST frameworks
  - Completion of at least 3 FedRAMP product certifications
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting with management
  - Strong knowledge of information security concepts including encryption, application security, identity management, and incident response
  - Ability to balance multiple complex tasks and prioritize effectively
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree preferred
  - Experience with cloud and/or SaaS security best practices
  - Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISA, or a desire to obtain them
