      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support Technical Assistance engagements to enhance data collection and reporting practices in Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS)
      - Design tools and guidance to assist communities in developing and implementing robust HMIS databases
      - Develop data collection strategies to inform system design and performance measurement within homelessness programs
      - Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-learning among stakeholders to promote effective strategies for ending homelessness
      - Build and maintain relationships with federal, state, and local government officials and Technical Assistance recipients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 9 years of experience; or a BA with 5 years of experience; or an MS with 3 years of experience; or a PhD (Entry Level)
      - Knowledge of homelessness programs and relevant regulations, including the Continuum of Care (CoC) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) programs
      - Technical expertise in HMIS, including familiarity with HMIS Data Standards and HUD XML and CSV schemas
      - Experience analyzing administrative data to understand disparities in homelessness
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with diverse partners

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated success managing an HMIS, including experience as an HMIS System Administrator
      - Experience implementing an HMIS Data Quality Management Program (DQMP) or similar training for HMIS users
      - Familiarity with data tools like Stella P, Stella M, and Eva for system planning and data quality improvement
