      The HR Systems & Reporting Analyst supports the administration, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our global Workday HCM platform. This role is responsible for supporting and configuring changes in Workday, advanced reporting, analytics, business process, integrations, and security configuration. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure that the Workday system aligns with our HR and business processes, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our HR systems initiatives and aligned with our TaylorMade business and people strategies.

      Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

      • Support Workday HCM and Adaptive systems, including user setup, security administration, data integration, reporting, and system configuration. Responsibilities include supporting our regional locations in North America, Europe, Asia, and the Pacific.
      • Develop advanced reports, including creating calculated fields and maintaining dashboards, to provide accurate data, analytics and insights to the HR team and the wider organization.
      • Design, configure and monitor security and business process workflows for both new and optimization of current configuration.
      • Analyze the impact of Workday's bi-annual updates and help test and configure new functionality.
      • Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and provide support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during new module implementation or enhancements to ensure system configuration accuracy and functionality.
      • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs and our HR systems strategy.
      • Collaborate with Workday and external vendors and consultants as necessary to address complex technical challenges or integration requirements.
      • Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday, providing guidance and support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training as needed.
      • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Workday system, conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
      • Document system configuration changes in the IT FreshService ticketing system in compliance with internal controls policies and procedures.
      • Contribute to our Workday HCM strategy, security, and governance, ensuring compliance and data security best practices.
      • Stay current with Workday releases, trends, and industry best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for system optimization and process improvements.
      • Supports non-Workday HR systems like Oracle ERP/PBCS, Glint, Concur and legacy payroll systems as required.
      • Performs other related responsibilities as required

      Knowledge and Skills:

      • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
      • Proficiency in creating and maintaining Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
      • Strong English written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels
      • Outstanding project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
      • Excellent integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR data.
      • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to provide timely follow-up and resolution on projects and tasks.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications. Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting preferred.

      Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:

      • 3+ years’ experience working with HR Systems (Workday HCM highly preferred) with hands-on configuration experience in areas such as security, report writing, HCM, payroll, benefits, Adaptive workforce planning, recruiting, absence, expenses and/or time tracking. Experience with HCM and one or more of the following modules: Adaptive WFP, Benefits, Recruiting or Payroll is preferred.
      • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Computer Science, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
      • Workday Pro Certification in Workday HCM and/or one other module is highly desirable.
      • Hands-on business process and security policy configuration experience with Workday HCM.
      • Demonstrated experience in creating calculated fields for reports and system configuration.

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

      • Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage.
      • Ability to work extended hours as necessary to include regular calls with the regions within their normal business hours of operations
      • Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.
      • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.

      TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $97,000 - $120,000 . Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
