      Who we're looking for

      Toyota Marketing Incentive Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Incentive Travel and Fulfillment Analyst.

      The primary responsibilities of this role are to (1) develop, launch, and administer Toyota’s National Incentive Travel programs (2) communicate program strategy effectively internally to leadership as well as the day-to-day management with regions, and private distributors to in order support Toyota’s dealer network.

      Reporting to the Incentive Travel and Fulfillment Manager, the person in this role will support and collaborate with the team to ensure alignment of current and future program strategies.

      This position is based at our North American headquarters in Plano, Texas. The selected candidate will be required to reside within a commutable distance of this location. Relocation assistance is not available for this opportunity.

      What you'll be doing

      • Develop, launch, and administer Toyota National Incentive Travel Programs
      • Conduct site visits to determine all details related to individual destinations to ensure the program aligns with the strategy
      • Communicate the strategy to executive leadership for approval
      • Management of each program(s) respective budgets
      • Day to day relationship management and collaboration with business partner(s) to ensure programs align to strategy
      • Collaborate with Procurement and Risk on complex contracts to ensure the execution and safety of each program for our dealers and executives
      • Develop future strategies and processes for National Travel Incentives
      • Support team on the fulfillment of marketing team assets across the organization

      What you bring

      • Bachelor’s Degree
      • Travel industry knowledge and experience in hospitality/event planning
      • Ability to multitask with overlapping programs/responsibilities to ensure organizational success
      • Previous experience working with timelines and budget management
      • Ability to work quickly and independently
      • Strong communication/relationship skills
      • High proficiency use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

      Added bonus if you have

      • Direct agency or DMC experience
      • Advanced and proven analytical skill
