What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform and document audit activities in accordance with professional standards
- Execute testing and create work paper documentation
- Communicate audit findings to business line management
- Lead project components and oversee junior auditors/interns
- Support department initiatives and maintain effective communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or auditing
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Willingness and ability to obtain professional designations such as CPA, CIA, CISA
- Practical knowledge of processes, risks, and internal controls
- Strong meeting management and oral/written communication skills
