Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Workday transactions and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
Supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Collaboratively and cooperatively working with team(s) to resolve complex Workday cases and incidents.
Demonstrating Workday best practices and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
Performing Workday transactions pertaining to associate personal data, compensation updates, leave of absence issues, associate organization movement, associate performance management and terminations.
You have experience with Workday
You have experience with HCM, HR data, recruiting and compensation
You are able to easily adjust to new changes
You have strong critical thinking and time management skills
You have understanding of database architecture and functional interactions, systems governance and consulting
- 5 years experience with HR Systems/Database technical support
- 5 years’ Workday experience
- 4 years ServiceNow experience
- 5 years Microsoft Office experience with an intermediate level of Excel knowledge
- 3 years’ experience with AGILE

As a Process Lead II, you will be responsible for correcting complex issues by using in-depth analytics reviews across multiple systems, calculating and inputting transactions that affect Workday and legacy systems data, reconciling data on legacy HR systems with Workday, and transactional system inputs to identify and resolve transaction discrepancies. You will also be coordinating documentation retrievals for compliance and audit requests, submitting reconciliations, reporting, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to understand associate data entries.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, information systems, or related area.
