Job Description
- Req#: R-2149576
- Creation, Modification and closure of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in SAP MM /SAP Ariba.
- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or invoices.
- PO Corrections/Revisions (Review & Revise due to quantity changes, cancelled projects)
- Monitor Team Inboxes for Requests
- Review & process checkout/pre-possession needs in SAP
- Download and process requests from Service Channel
- Provide monthly/weekly reports of process
- Lead Transitions and add new scope of services
- To work as Quality Agent - Track and report errors monthly
- Should be good at defining the business process, business requirements, process flows.
- Have minimum knowledge of Service Now and Incident Resolution
- Ensure that all the tasks/activities are completed as per the TAT so that all the SLAs for your cluster/region are met.
- Ensure all the SOPs are updated with change management and are signed off on quarterly basis.
- Identify automation/ improvement opportunities and work at innovating the process
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 4- 6 years of work experience in Procure to Pay operations
- Exposure to SAP, Ariba and other Procurement systems would be ideal.
- Proficient in Excel

Job Summary:
You will be a part of the Indirect Procure Services supporting Procure to Pay area. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the procurement team. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary. Also, this position may have to operate in shifts as per business needs from time to time.
