      Job Summary-

      As a part of the team in India that works on AP GNFR invoicing and specialty implementations for multiple Walmart markets, you will have a significant impact on Walmarts Global Back Office Solution. You will be challenged with unparalleled complex business problems that spans across multiple countries, highest number of users and the highest data volume in the world. In your role you'll have the opportunity to help define, implement, manage and deliver our back-office applications for the stores.

      What you will do:

      • You will coordinate with global associates to resolve their Time ; Expense queries and raise service now tickets if required.
      • You will be working on processing respective invoices/tickets in Oracle suite, Concur and Coupa as necessary action needs to be taken.

      What you will bring:

      Your qualification

      • Graduation and above in Commerce, or BBA/MBA finance
      • Min 3-4 years of experience of Accounts payable/ P2P process
      • Positive attitude and good communication skills to handle global stakeholders queries and providing resolution in quick time
      • Good Knowledge of MS office (Excel/ PPT) is required
      • Should have expertise/ working experience in SAP/ S4HANA platforms
      • Candidate must be proficient in handling vendor/ customer queries

      Our Ideal Candidate:

      • At least 3-4 years of customer service experience for North America/ Canada/ Other part of globe
      • Any graduate with Accounts payable or Accounting proficiency
      • Candidate is open to work in night shift/ flexible shifts from office or hybrid
      • Team player, positive attitude and problem solver
      • Lean or Six Sigma certified will have an added advantage
