- Analyze complex business problems and query data with limited direction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Insurance preferred; or equivalent experience
- Approximately 5 or more years of related work experience
- Knowledge of insurance principles and concepts required
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and database software

- Experience with data analysis software such as SAS or SQL, PowerBI, and Excel
- Demonstrated project management, collaboration, and communication skills
- Natural curiosity and independent problem-solving abilities
- Highly developed negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills
