What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a strategic thought leader in evolving promotional programs
- Build and maintain reports providing promotion performance highlights
- Perform ad hoc analysis to answer strategic business questions
- Leverage data analysis to influence Sephora strategies
- Complete post-promotion evaluations against revenue goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of analytics experience
- Fluency in SQL, Tableau, and advanced Excel
- Exceptional problem-solving and analysis skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Retail experience is a plus
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Omniture Site Catalyst
- R/Python skills are a plus
