      ABOUT THE ROLE:

      The Resy Experiential team, is responsible for the consumer marketing brand’s dining experiential strategy and execution for Resy, Global Dining Access and broader American Express dining focused programs. We give diners intimate access to the wonderful world of restaurants through unique culinary experiences featuring incredible chef/ restaurant talent from around the globe. We showcase a diverse and wide range of cuisines and cultures through our experiences, giving diners the opportunity to meet some their favorite chefs, try special menu collaborations and more.

      This role will be responsible for supporting select Resy brand original events, from large-scale pop-up activations to in restaurant dining series. In addition, this position will play a key role in maintaining key project deliverables to ensure project timelines are met, budgets are not exceeded, and internal partner communication is delivered efficiently.

      WHAT YOU’LL DO:

      • Support the Resy Experiential team to produce Resy original brand events and premium experiences larger American Express enterprise activations
      • Coordinate projects with the Resy marketing team to execute go-to market plans for event series and activations
      • Liaison and project manage with event agencies producing events
      • Work with internal GCO teams to ensure events are completed in compliance
      • Coordinate and collaborate with other American Express business units
      • Support the end-to-end process of driving events from ideation, to contracting, ticketing setup, to onsite management
      • Attend events hosted in our priority cities (Some travel may be required)
      • Work directly with Resy restaurant partners and prospects across the country
      • Create and maintain project proposals, working documents and recaps
      • Support KPI tracking of events and budget management

      WHAT YOU HAVE:

      • Min. 5 years of experience with event production and/or managing event agencies
      • Understanding and familiarity with experiential marketing for global brands
      • Seasoned event producer with an extreme eye for detail
      • Deep understanding and passion for the restaurant industry
      • Experience working in or with restaurants
      • Strong partnership and project management skills with an ability to deliver results and work on multiple projects in parallel
      • Strong coordinator skills and a proven track record for coaching teams

      Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
