      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage directly with clients to review and optimize their media investments
      - Analyze performance data to provide clear, concise recommendations for improvement
      - Synthesize multiple datasets to create compelling stories and insights
      - Innovate client understanding of the Target guest and enhance their media strategies
      - Collaborate within the Performance and Insights team to drive business results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four-year degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Digital Media, Agency, Marketing, or Retail
      - Experience with direct client engagement and strong analytical skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Practical experience with SQL/Python and familiarity with data visualization tools
      - Genuine curiosity about how digital media and advertising work
      - Methodical, well-organized, and detail-oriented approach to tasks
