      *This role is on a hybrid-schedule with the expectation to be on-site at our Portage, MI facility Monday thru Wednesday and remote on Thursday & Friday

      As a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to the Emergency Care Sales Management and Sales Operations teams. This person will assist with critical sales processes around territory alignment and maintenance, quotas, strategic sales organization assessments, and orders forecasting and analytics.

      What you will do:

      • Develops deep understanding of assigned sales team(s) and is viewed by Sales leadership as the subject matter expert on territory strategy execution.
      • Support development and maintenance of sales territories, regions and areas.
      • Analyze current territory and whitespace data, recommending to sales management territory designs to capitalize on future growth.
      • Champions process and methodologies related to quota and territory coverage ensuring they are continuously followed.
      • Perform territory management and planning activities.
      • Facilitates Emergency Care’s strategic annual planning process with development of the organization structure and associated sales hierarchy to maximize sales productivity.
      • Assist with the development and maintenance with quotas and related quota relief.
      • Support development and maintenance of orders forecasting and road-to-quota templates, and work with Sales leadership and Finance to improve monthly orders forecasting accuracy.
      • Perform other related duties as assigned

      What you need:

      • 2+ years related work experience.
      • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
      • Demonstrated data analysis and organizational skills.
      • Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.

      Travel Percentage: 10%
