What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute operational and strategic client plans that address supply chain needs
- Lead efforts to develop and enhance analytics related to supply expense management, surgical supply optimization, vendor negotiation, and operational efficiency
- Provide ad-hoc analyses to support new strategic initiatives for client supply chain systems
- Manage a portfolio of client strategic and operational dashboards while developing effective documentation processes
- Act as a subject matter expert in health system supply chain initiatives and analytics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of health care experience with knowledge in health system finance, supply chain, consulting, or operations
- 3+ years of health system supply chain analytics experience
- 3+ years of experience with Business Intelligence tools Power BI and/or Tableau
- 2+ years of experience managing a portfolio of projects or initiatives
- 2+ years with Infor Cloudsuite FSM/Lawson v10 ERP systems with deep knowledge of Infor database business class structure

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in other ERP applications like SAP, Peoplesoft, Workday
- Experience with clinical workflows, including data sources from EHRs such as Epic or Cerner
- Experience guiding and developing junior team members
- Experience guiding cross-functional efforts and interacting with leadership within a highly matrixed environment
- Proven willingness to travel up to 10%
