This role will participate in resource and factory material planning, work closely with the factory and operations teams, as well as be responsible for material inventory audits and movement of material to the factory.
In this position, the ownership & use of metrics will be key to maintaining MRP health and drive the expected level of performance to support contractual obligations.
Perform material inventory audits and movement of material within the factory and building. Must be able to lift per RTX EHS Lifting Guidelines.
This is a factory facing role with a requirement to be onsite 5 days/week in Dallas.
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience with SAP or ERP and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes and/or software
Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or related manufacturing engineering
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Experience with Kinaxis, CMES or similar software
Motivated and takes on challenges with the ability to see when something needs to be done and react accordingly
