• Demonstrating a solid understanding of transfer pricing concepts and current practice
• Interacting and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues, including leading or having a major role in routine client calls and meetings
• Participating in fact gathering, industry research and analysis
• Analyzing financial statements and data, including large sets of accounting and transactional data
• Preparing economic analysis, including appropriately selecting and applying a transfer pricing method, and preparing benchmarking analysis with minimal guidance
• Writing reports and other business communication
• Developing presentations for clients, colleagues and other teams within the firm
• Performing all aspects of engagement administration
• Participating in or leading all aspects of engagement management
• Supporting the team in the resolution of transfer pricing audits by tax authorities
• Delegating, overseeing and reviewing work performed by analysts on all of the above
• Regularly acting as a mentor and training analysts
• Staying abreast of global transfer pricing, tax and business developments

• Post-secondary degree in Economics, Business (Finance), Law, and/or an Accounting designation, JD/LLB , LLM , CFA or CBV
• 2 + years' transfer pricing experience at a professional services firm
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, communication (oral and written), organization and interpersonal skills
• Experience with business writing
• Proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Able to multi-task working with numerous deadlines
• Eagerness to learn and a commitment to deliver an exceptional client experience
