      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement security measures for integrating third-party systems and networks
      - Conduct cybersecurity due diligence for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities
      - Develop and maintain a comprehensive third-party risk management program
      - Establish and enforce policies and procedures for third-party cybersecurity
      - Develop and implement incident response plans for third-party security incidents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on third-party risk management and integration
      - Proven experience in managing security for mergers and acquisitions
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
      - Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and regulatory requirements
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced technical certifications or a Master’s degree in a related field
      - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
      - Experience with a variety of security technologies and platforms
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
