      We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Analyst; Trading Services to join our Depositary Receipts team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL and is a hybrid position.

      In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

      • Trading Services performs and accelerated level of settlement, reconciliation and in-depth expertise and guidance on settlement services to Institutional Counterparts, Money Managers, Advisors, Operations, Internal and External Trading Desks, fields ad hoc market inquires and troubleshoots counterparty fails arising from errors in settlement.
      • Develop data organizational procedures and maintain data integrity as it relates to trade settlement during the trade life cycle.
      • Develop procedures and criteria to streamline and optimize processes through workflow design and technology while engaging with Traders, Analysts, operations staff, counterparts and other functional groups on the requirements for new processes.
      • Serve as a resource for information dissemination as well as providing Traders, and Ops staff with pre-post settlement support.
      • Incumbents will also consult with counterparts on how to improve both internal and external efficiencies, increase quality and minimize performance shortfalls in settlement.
      • Offer Strong collaboration and influence with internal and external business partners such as Client Services, Operational Teams, Relationship Support and Senior Management around client experience projects and strategies.

      To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

      • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
      • 3-5 years of experience preferred.
      • Experience in Equities and or American Depositary Receipts and swift messaging.
