      Role overview: In this role, you'll transform complex workforce data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision-making across the organization. You'll collaborate with Analytics & Insights Partners and cross-functional teams globally to optimize workforce planning and talent management strategies.

      Key responsibilities:

      • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
      • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand needs and suggest optimal analytical approaches
      • Develop and enhance dashboards and reports to visualize key workforce metrics
      • Provide analytical support for strategic workforce planning initiatives
      • Present findings and recommendations to various levels of stakeholders
      • Contribute to the development of analytical models
      • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in workforce analytics

      Required qualifications:

      • 2+ years of experience in workforce analytics or similar data-driven role
      • Advanced Excel skills
      • Basic knowledge of data manipulation tools (SQL, R, or Python)
      • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
      • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills

      Preferred qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree
      • Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling techniques
      • Knowledge of HR systems and processes
      • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices
      • Project management experience
