- Conduct Overdraft/Loss analysis related to Consumer/Small Business account portfolio
- Create strategies/models to mitigate identified trends
- Provide Loss forecasting as needed
- Respond to inquiries related to Large/Significant Fraud Events
- Review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Perform complex financial and economic analysis and model development
- Plan, coordinate, and execute primary and secondary customer market projects
- Manage or participate on large cross group projects and mentor less experienced staff
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Knowledge of Fraud/Loss Management/Loss Prevention environment
- Fraud strategies and/or similar Risk Management experience, knowledge in fraud risk and mitigation and strategies to reduce or mitigate loss and fraud exposure
- Intermediate knowledge and understanding of research and analysis: gathering, analyzing and interpreting large datasets
- Experience with predictive analysis software or applications such as SAS/Python/Teradata SQL
- Experience in Oracle based PLSQL
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to present to multiple levels of management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
