  About this role:

  Wells Fargo is seeking a senior analytic consultant in credit cards digital acquisition analytics team. This person will specialize in working on our affiliate programs and performing analytics related to them. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

  
  In this role, you will:

  • Understand and internalize the key data sources and tables that will be used in analyses.
  • Help us better understand the business of offering Wells Fargo credit cards in third party marketing.
  • Understand how logistic regression models work.
  • Implement and adjust logistic regression models using Python.
  • Monitor model performance and propose changes in model to maintain effective model performance.
  • Participate in meetings with business partners where you will propose data driven solutions for model adjustments.
  • Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area

  
  Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated work or project experience with data analytics using the Python Pandas library.
  • Demonstrated work or project experience presenting data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated work or project experience with data validation & working with extensive data.
  • Proficiency in using Python and Excel
  • Demonstrated work or project experience with modeling
  • Proficiency in using Teradata SQL and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations

  
  Job Expectations:

  • Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to one of the site locations; however, the position is eligible to work from home in a hybrid model.
  • Must be available to work a hybrid model where you will be working in office 3 days a week and 2 days at home a week
  • Implement logistic regression model using Python.
  • Monitor model performance and propose changes in model to maintain effective model performance.
  • Assist with other digital acquisition analyses when called upon to assist.
