- Understand and internalize the key data sources and tables that will be used in analyses.
- Help us better understand the business of offering Wells Fargo credit cards in third party marketing.
- Understand how logistic regression models work.
- Implement and adjust logistic regression models using Python.
- Monitor model performance and propose changes in model to maintain effective model performance.
- Participate in meetings with business partners where you will propose data driven solutions for model adjustments.
- Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
- 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Demonstrated work or project experience with data analytics using the Python Pandas library.
- Demonstrated work or project experience presenting data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated work or project experience with data validation & working with extensive data.
- Proficiency in using Python and Excel
- Demonstrated work or project experience with modeling
- Proficiency in using Teradata SQL and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
- Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to one of the site locations; however, the position is eligible to work from home in a hybrid model.
- Must be available to work a hybrid model where you will be working in office 3 days a week and 2 days at home a week

- Assist with other digital acquisition analyses when called upon to assist.
