- Data Warehouse and ETLs: Develop and maintain data warehouses and related ETL processes to ensure a centralized and organized repository for data consumers.
- Data Integrity: Design data solutions to ensure data integrity, reliability, and efficiency throughout our pipelines.
- Analytics Solutions: Partner with analysts and data scientists to proactively identify and implement analytics solutions supporting game development goals.
- Tools and Innovation: Support the analytics engineering function to implement innovative solutions to improve data accuracy, automation, and self-service capabilities.
- Technical Communication: Communicate technical findings and insights clearly to non-technical partners.
- Improved Efficiency: Designing and optimizing ETL processes to enhance data workflow efficiency.
- Attention to Detail: Producing robust, well-thought-out work and proactively ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Documentation Excellence: Creating comprehensive, understandable documentation for complex data models and processes.
- Relationship Building: Building trust with internal and studio partners through collaboration.
- Eye for the Future: Motivated to improve data reliability and explore new tools and automation processes.
- Educational Background: BA/BS in a technical field (Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related). Equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in data modeling, warehousing, ETL pipeline development, preferably with Airflow. Experience as an analyst or data scientist is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python for complex data querying and manipulation.
- Data Visualization: Familiarity with Tableau, Looker, or similar tools to create data visuals.
- Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work with business partners to translate needs into insights.
- Industry Knowledge (Desirable): Experience in gameplay analytics, user engagement, and monetization strategies in mobile gaming or entertainment.

You will focus on supporting the analytics engineering function, building and maintaining data pipelines and systems that enable efficient data analysis across the mobile portfolio. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and analytics peers to build a foundational data layer that helps derive meaningful insights and recommendations, and further self-service and automation capabilities through new tools and AI integration.
