      Guidewire Intermediate Developer

      As an Intermediate Guidewire Developer, you will design, develop, test, configure and implement Guidewire applications. Additionally, you will provide mentorship to other team members. This role demands a thorough understanding of the DevOps process, the expectations of the Feature Team, and how it relates to the business. A minimum of three years of experience in software development is required.

      Base Salary range: $77,076 - $97,284

      Due to current market demands, a temporary market salary supplement is being offered in addition to base salary in the form of an annual lump sum payment based on 12% of range max with the payment split and paid twice per year based on eligibility guidelines.

      Guidewire Senior Developer

      As a Senior Guidewire Developer, you will ensure that development activities align with the established Guidewire development framework, coding standards, and business goals. You will also serve as an escalation point, resolve conflicts, prioritize tasks within sprints, and provide valuable feedback and mentorship throughout the development process. A minimum of three years directly related software development experience, including building enterprise-class applications. Extensive expertise with the Guidewire platform and the ability to excel in dynamic environments while handling complex and multiple priorities.

      Base Salary range: $84,012 - $106,032

      Due to current market demands, a temporary market salary supplement is being offered in addition to base salary in the form of an annual lump sum payment based on 15% of range max with the payment split and paid twice per year based on eligibility guidelines.

      Typically, the skills required for these roles are a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as Information Technology.       • Guidewire InsuranceSuite with Integrations and Digital Portals.

      • Using an agile methodology and Jira for tracking work.

      • React Front End with TypeScript using Jest for testing.

      • Test Automation wherever possible.

      • Extensive automation using Pipelines and Git.
