  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Design and develop scalable applications using the Appian platform, ensuring best practices in low-code development
  2. Implement integrations between Appian applications and external systems utilizing various technologies
  3. Apply Appian best practices for application design and maintain efficient deployment strategies
  4. Support CI/CD pipelines and automate testing and security compliance for Appian applications
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions

  What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 8 years of experience working within the Appian platform
  2. Strong expertise in Appian integrations and application development
  3. Proficiency in Appian Records, Interfaces, Process Models, and related components
  4. Solid knowledge of enterprise security standards, including RBAC and OAuth 2.0
  5. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred, or equivalent work experience

  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Appian Certification as Senior Developer or Lead Developer
  2. Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
  3. Familiarity with design system tools such as Figma
  4. Experience working with relational databases like SQL Server or PostgreSQL
  5. Comfort with international travel and working in diverse environments
