      Overview

      We are looking for a Senior Application Developer to join our Digital Banking team in Plao Alto, CA. This position is responsible for developing and enhancing web and mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective and user-friendly solutions. Key duties include coding, testing, debugging, and deploying applications, as well as integrating with backend systems and optimizing performance, etc.

      Responsibilities

      • Web and Mobile design, execution and delivery of exploratory concepts, rapid prototypes, pilot solutions and documentation
      • Work collaboratively with the technical team to design optimal solutions for both web and mobile platforms
      • Design, develop, code, test, and debug web and mobile based applications (Android and iOS)
      • Packaging apps for deployment to App Stores; development of back-end components that serve as an integration/translation layer between mobile apps and Enterprise services
      • Development of integrations and API’s using enterprise integration patterns and frameworks
      • Growing in a culture of learning through design discussions and code reviews
      • Analyze and optimize application code and/or APIs for efficiency and performance
      • Mobile development experience in iOS or Android ecosystem such as:
      • Strong client-side programming like HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, React, Angular, Vue
      • Experience with test driven development
      • Strong oral, logical and analytical skills
      • Can work under pressure with strict timelines
      • Lead penetration of targeted market segments and customers
      • Drive assessment of new product launches and current portfolio by effectiveness to sales plan, strategic intent on share of demand, pricing, and value proposition. Drive marketing and application development to counter deviation from plan
      • Performs other duties as assigned

      Qualifications

      • BS/MS in Computer Science or a related major, or equivalent experience
      • 8+ years’ Experience with mobile apps development using iOS and/or Android, mobile SDKs
      • 8+ years’ Experience in application management
      • 8+ years’ Experience with dynamic HTML, client-side scripting, web services and APIs
      • 5+ years in Platform Development
      • 8+ years’ Experience in managing high visibility projects
      • The desire to improve and learn more
      • Nice to have experience with Agile Development
      • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills preferred

      Compensation

      The base pay range for this position is USD $150,000.00/Yr. - USD $200,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
