What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead Quality Assurance testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing for the global deployment of SAP-Success factors platform
- Serve as a QA/UAT Subject Matter Expert for SAP and SAP Success Factors
- Analyze and document defects during User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Proactively identify and mitigate quality risks and help remove obstacles to release
- Develop and improve testing environments, tools, and documentation for QA/UAT processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience with SAP and SAP Success Factors, including test automation experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience coordinating testing efforts with end-users (UAT)
- Experience in the SaaS industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and SDLC best practices
- Previous experience participating with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Prior experience with business applications such as CRM, Finance, HR, and Customer Support
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems
- SAP SuccessFactors or other SAP certifications
