Manage the Student Learning Outcomes assessment process for Undergraduate and Graduate Academic Programs.
Regularly review graduate and undergraduate programmatic assessment plans in Nuventive, identify areas of concern, and implement appropriate measures to drive improvement.
Develop and maintain a university-wide calendar of all accreditation requirements/deadlines (institutional and specialized accreditation activities) to ensure compliance.
Provide consultative guidance to faculty and staff across the university to develop and implement effective academic assessment plans.
Review and provide feedback to academic assessment reports.
Assist in ensuring compliance with the Middle States Commission on Higher Education accreditation requirements for assessment.
Produce descriptive-level data needed to advance assessment work at the Department and College/School level.
Develop regular reports and presentations on accreditation outcomes for a variety of audiences including full reports, executive summaries, power point presentations and videos.
Participate in the construction and/or management of academic dashboards that advance academic excellence through assessment.
Coordinate the assessment committees for the Office of the Provost and the Colleges/Schools.
Develop and deliver assessment training sessions, workshops, and webinars for faculty, staff, administrators, and students.
Assist with promoting university-wide student learning outcomes assessment to the next level through organizing various on campus assessment events and quality improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of three years of direct assessment/accreditation experience in higher education or related field.
Ability to work with diverse faculty and staff from multiple disciplines and functions.
Knowledge of Program Assessment planning including, Student Learning Outcomes, Program Goals, appropriate Assessment Measures and Curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Team-management and leadership skills.
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or currently working towards a master’s degree in an education related discipline.
Best practices in teaching and assessment (including different delivery modalities and sensitivity to program differences).
Knowledge of Middle States Commission on Higher Education Standards.
Experience with Canvas platform and Nuventive Improve software.

Job Description
SUMMARY :
Reporting to the Associate Director, Assessment and Accreditation, the Senior Assessment Coordinator facilitates and provides support with the implementation, ongoing development, and integration of an effective student learning outcomes assessment process at the University and ensures that this process is consistent with the campus culture, and useful for improving academic programs and services. The coordinator is responsible for overseeing assessment programs, analyzing data, training faculty, guiding curriculum mapping, and managing assessment processes.
