      Job Description

      Carat is seeking a Sr. Associate, Analytics to support one of our largest clients, Microsoft. Reporting to the Manager, you will create clear reports from datasets of all sizes and provide analysis for our client. You will maintain communication and collaboration with our client and media teams to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. You will construct and provide accurate deliverables, provide accuracy and analysis on data collected.

      Qualifications

      Responsibilities:

      • Produce regular and ad hoc weekly analytics deliverables and use to extract interesting insights
      • Work with team to identify the best way to communicate observations, learnings, and potential next steps
      • Develop large datasets, used in reporting and benchmarking
      • Assist with pre-campaign launch tagging and QAing to ensure campaign is best set up for success and measurement
      • Ensure data quality and hygiene and make sure reports are consistent and accurate
      • Identify opportunities to improve analytics processes and identify opportunities to automate reporting tasks
      • Cross collaboration with all internal stakeholders
      • Support all types of measurement and analytics for all channels across their line of business in partnership with the media teams

      Education/Experience:

      • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field
      • 2+ Experience in Analytics (agency experience preferably)
      • Experience building reports from scratch

      Software Skills:

      • Proficiency in excel (can perform complex functions) including using for data compilation, analysis, visualization, and automation
      • Working knowledge of Ad Tech platforms such as DoubleClick, social platforms.
      • Experience in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

      Additional Information

      The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-$106,000 . Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
