- Prepare and submit compensation payments for NAD and EMEA by following procedures with almost 100% Accuracy and errorless work.
- Review and become familiar with all applicable compensation plans and procedures.
- Manage and maintain employee information via iMATS application, including hire and termination dates, role and territory assignments.
- Maintain and manager all plan details via Anaplan, including pay rate schedules as per the applicable compensation plan terms and conditions.
- Load transaction and employee files into Anaplan application for compensation processing, either on a monthly and/or quarterly basis as per the applicable compensation plan terms and conditions.
- Process compensation payments via Anaplan, as per the procedure documents.
- Export compensation payment results from Anaplan and prepare file/report for finance review.
- Export compensation payroll files from Anaplan and prepare for payroll submission.
- Continuously review and maintain procedure documents for all compensation plan processing.
- Manage, maintain and coordinate preliminary compensation payments during monthly accrual processing with finance team.
- Coordinate and confirm compensation plans with new/changed employees with HR Team.
- Export compensation payment results from Anaplan and prepare for management/REMCO committee review.
- Prepare and run monthly and/or quarterly accrual process for submission to finance team.
- Work with HR on annual compensation plan distribution through MyReward system.
- In addition to the compensation processing, the team member should familiarize themselves with the Anaplan application and participate in all online training available for Anaplan.
- For queries and notes proper communication exchange with US corporate team, Auditors team and Wholesalers or their Internals.
- Support in case of queries or doubts.
- Quality check and review all compensation payments.
- Administer monthly and/or quarterly finance review meetings.
- A graduate/postgraduate with at least 5 years of experience in Compensation Administration
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Business Planning and Analysis to join our GDDI team. This role is located in Pune, MH – HYBRID.
