Total Wine & More is looking for a Senior Associate Buyer to join our Merchandising, Wine team onsite in Bethesda, MD. The Senior Associate Buyer grows sales and margin for select categories of the wine business in a fast-paced environment. They manage assortment planning, brand building and inventory management, to help ensure that the selection remains the best in the industry. You will manage the placement of orders into the warehouse and build relationships with suppliers and internal partners.u00A0 You will work with the promotions and pricing team, to meet the customer's demands and supply chain team to ensure correct inventory levels.u00A0 You will support the buyer in managing day to day supplier information flow and projects. You will drive some suppliersu2019 relationship directly and work to source products to meet the wine team needs. You will also oversee categories by identifying needs, opportunities and assortment and pricing. Key projects include SKU rationalization analysis, assortment expansion and gap analysis and maintenance.u00A0 You will ensure that the category metrics are planned and tracked for measurement and action plans. You will report to the Manager, Fine Wine, Bordeaux and Burgundy.
