      Senior Associate, Client Investment

      OVERVIEW:

      Our Investment teams bring holistic media plans to life. They work in conjunction with our planning teams and are responsible for the negotiating and purchasing of media u2013 across both linear and digital platforms including premium video, mobile and OTT.

      As the Senior Associate, Client Investment, you will implement media negotiations and buying/activation for one or more assigned accounts. You will provide strategic market insights, trends and pricing benchmarks, oversight, and manage spending across major vendors while monitoring client budgets and adherence to KPIs. You will also work closely with Planning teams to ensure that final buys deliver on the approved plan objective and strategy.

      u2022 Integrate with the Strategic Planning team to gain insights on objectives, KPIs, strategies, audiences, etc. to ensure tactical buys deliver against goals.

      u2022 Participate in the RFP process and vendor selection

      u2022 Implement negotiations/rate tracking/planning costs/benchmarking/ budget management/management of commercial inventory allocation and make-goods for assigned account(s)

      u2022 Manage vendor relations (Inventory avails, IOs, notify if included/excluded from buy)

      u2022 Assist junior staff with entering the partner buys into Buy platforms, sending out IO/Contracts and preparing campaign for launches (trafficking, setting up ad serving, etc.)

      u2022 Ensure all buys are entered correctly into systems (naming conventions, budgets, placements, compliance, updates, etc.), and ensuring that campaign launches, and delivery/pacing are occurringu00A0

      u2022 Keep current on partner and marketplace innovations, ad models, and technologies

      u2022 Proactively follow-up on client team requests with a key awareness of client deadlines

      u2022 Ensure the documentation of all negotiations, make-goods and credits and analyze by performance, ie post buys, positioning reports.

      u2022 Manage monthly billing

      YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

      u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; OR equivalent professional work experience

      u2022 1+ years of prior digital or video investment experience desired

      u2022 Be capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently

      u2022 Strong quantitative and analytical/results-oriented skills

      u2022 Advanced proficiency in Excel with intermediate PowerPoint and Word skills

      u2022 Strong understanding of interactive research and buying tools
