      We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Service to join our Structured Debt Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

      In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

      • Act as clients’ service escalation point of contact for day-to-day inquiries and ensuring timely response by adhering to service levels for resolution and provide quality client experience.
      • Supports clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
      • Maintains excellent working relationships with internal teams, identify root causes/area of improvements when resolving client issues and driving implementation of resolutions.
      • Participates in service initiatives, works closely with teams located in multiple locations globally.
      • Resolves complex or non-routine client issues or inquires, as needed.
      • Provides guidance to less experienced team members.
      • Manages internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the daily operations.

      To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

      • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
      • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
      • Foundation in transaction banking and product knowledge: Loans, Funds, CLOs, Cash Management, Trades, Payments
      • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
      • Excellent customer focus, time- management and relationship management
      • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
      • Strong analytics skills and detail-oriented.
