Experience : 4 to 7+ years
CyberArk Certified Defender / CCDE
Support of the project team on new administration concepts for CyberArk
Hands-on experience of CyberArk DR Drill & setup
Batch-Import and PACLI skills
Performing version upgrades
Technical Documentations
Should have experience in Implementation & Architecture of Cyber Ark for all components
Patch Upgradation on all CyberArk components servers
CyberArk Dispatcher skills
Responsible for licensing and entitlement management of the CyberArk environment, including
growth and capacity planning
Strong background in CyberArk administration and implementation
Manage incidents, service requests, and change tasks in the ITSM
Perform PIM (CyberArk) support operations on day-to-day basis
Monitoring and Management of CyberArk PIM Infrastructure
Responsible for privileged User account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts
using CyberArk components
Integrating various platforms with CyberArk, such as Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases
CPM policies management or redistribution.
Experience on Password Upload Utility.
Auditing Accounts and work on various reports, users’ server login issues and user permission
issues as per requirements
Experience in implementation and management of Privileged Identity Management Solution –
CyberArk
Good understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the following
directories: (Oracle Internet Directory/Oracle Virtual Directory, Sun Directory Server, Active
Directory)
Create and administrate new safes, accounts, platforms in CyberArk
Linking of new platforms to CyberArk
Good knowledge of Linux and Windows Administration
Practical experience with Database Administration
Backup Administration skill
Practical experience with Incident / Ticketing Tools like HPSM / Maximo / Remedy / TivoliEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)
