      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and develop advanced interactive dashboards and visual analytics for Finance teams
      - Translate complex data into clear, actionable visual stories for stakeholders
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and iterate on high-impact use cases
      - Act as a subject matter expert in modern BI tools and visualization best practices
      - Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4–7 years of experience in Finance, Analytics, Data Visualization, or a related field, preferably in insurance or financial services
      - Proficiency in SQL for querying large and complex data sets
      - Experience in at least one major BI tool: Tableau (strongly preferred), Power BI, or Amazon QuickSight
      - Familiarity with Python for data visualization or scripting for automation
      - Strong communication skills to explain data insights to non-technical audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Exposure to AI/ML concepts or experience working alongside data science teams
      - Highly motivated, curious, and a self-starter who enjoys learning in evolving technical environments
      - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred; advanced degree a plus
