      Our Strategy Consultants work with the client and project teams to support global engagements from India through activities that are driven towards delivering results- conduct analyses and develop insights, prepare analytical models, analyze large sets of data, capture as-is processes, prepare work plans, design to-be processes, support project lead, work directly with client teams and facilitate meetings to enable decision making, organize and prepare recommendations on client issues, and participate actively in new business development, thought leadership and firm building activities.

      Competency Overview: Transformation - Enterprise Strategy & Value (ESV)

      The ESV team blurs the line between strategist and technologist, designing and building new models that embed digital at every step. The team works with the clients to examine their value chains, identify powerful sources of differentiation and reconstruct their business to drive the maximum value:

      Enterprise Modernization: The ESV team examines and enhances the client processes, organizational design, and technology infrastructure, to bring focus and flexibility to a human-led, tech-powered transformation. The team reimagines the enterprise customer journeys, product excellence and innovation strategy to help our clients' drive new growth and sustain outcomes

      Fit for Growth: The ESV team helps clients manage cost in a more strategic way, allowing them to rapidly cut costs and create value by reconstructing the business model and embedding digital technologies to accelerate outcomes

      Growth and Business Model: Through data-driven strategies, the ESV team helps client's rapidly test and scale growth concepts, build a reinforcing set of capabilities, and drive sustained growth through uncertainty.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Job responsibilities mainly include activities driven towards inspiring other team members and delivering results - conduct analyses and develop insights, create financial models, analyze large sets of data, work directly with project teams and facilitate meetings to enable decision making, lead analysis and client conversations, organize and prepare recommendations to address client problems, and participate actively in new business development, thought leadership and firm building activities.

      Depending on the project, the incumbent will be involved throughout the project life cycle, adding value during the problem structuring and analysis phases. Responsibilities include understanding client’s current business capabilities, assessing current organization structure and operating model including sourcing and delivery ecosystem, conducting end-to-end value chain diagnostics to unlock levers that can produce sustained performance improvement, designing future state digital led structure and enabling change management

      Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience and / or knowledge in any sector across the following areas:

      • Digital Transformation: Experience in digital strategy and transformation initiatives across an organization, including driving data & analytics strategy, developing reimagined process flows, designing customer journeys, building automation business case, project management, current state diagnostics, future state design, roadmap design, and change management
      • Business and Product Strategy: Expertise in current state assessments, product development strategy,. cost modeling, organization re-design and operating model design, business diagnostics and benchmarking, business case analysis and functional outsourcing/ shared services strategies
      • Emerging Technology: Proven experience in business application of next-generation technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), RPA, Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), Advanced Analytics
      • Data Engineering & Analysis: Experience with data visualization and analytical tools such as PowerBI, SAS and knowledge of languages such as SQL, R, and Python, foundational knowledge of ERP modules for Finance, HCM, procurement, SCM including SAP, Oracle etc.

      What skill does it take?

      • Proven industry and strategy consulting skills while working collaboratively with business stakeholders and project teams to deliver measurable results
      • Strong and effective storytelling and communication skills (written and verbal) tailored to various situations and audiences
      • Synthesizing complex information and generate meaningful insights based on analysis of client’s data and information from primary and secondary research
      • Self-driven to keep pace with leading business and technology trends and ability to articulate associated strategic implications across one or multiple industries
      • Leading project work streams and working autonomously with minimal direction
      • Experience in creating digital assets and accelerators
      • Experience with data analysis, modeling and visualization using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Visual Basic, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Python, SQL, R or other tools
      • Understanding of project management techniques and tools

      Qualifications

      • MBA / PGDM from a premier/ tier 1 B-School
      • Past experience in strategy consulting domain with experience in digital transformation, digital strategy, business value acceleration leveraging next-gen technologies, enterprise-level growth, cost transformation and exposure to a multinational environment will be an added bonus
