  Creating business intelligence from data requires an understanding of the business, the data, and the technology used to store and analyse that data. Using our Rapid Business Intelligence Solutions, data visualisation and integrated reporting dashboards, we can deliver agile, highly interactive reporting and analytics that help our clients to more effectively run their business and understand what business questions can be answered and how to unlock the answers.

  Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Designing and developing modern and modular web applications using modern coding and
  testing standards.
  2. Participating in our agile ceremonies and actively driving towards the team’s goals.
  3. Working collaboratively with a global team of technologists.
  4. Leading with ideas and innovation.
  5. Managing communication and partnering with our end users to design solutions.
  Required Skills:
  Must have:
  - Candidates with 6-10 years of experience (relevant experience minimum 5 years) with excellent
  communication skills, developing enterprise applications.
  o Solid experience with MVC Architecture for webapps.
  o Experience in building webapps using Django, Flask.
  o Solid experience writing unit, component, and integration tests.
  - Experience with React, Java, and Python.
  Experience with Spring Boot and Java Script.
  - Experience working with microservices and distributed systems.
  - Experience in writing complex SQL queries.
  - Experience in Shell scripting.
  - Experience working with build tooling.
  - Strong experience in working in client facing roles.
  - Ability to engage with end users for requirement gathering and run agile ceremonies.
  Good to have:
  - Understanding of cloud technologies.
  - Working experience in banking domain would be a plus.
  - Experience with C# / .NET for application development
  - Experience with NoSQL databases

  Mandatory Skill Set- Relevant experience minimum 5 years with excellent communication skills, developing enterprise applications, MVC architecture, Django, Flask, Spring boot & Javascript
  Preferred Skill Set- Understanding of Cloud technologies, Working experience in banking domain would be a plus.

  Qualifications- Graduate Engineer or Management Graduate
