      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in developing communication strategies for brands and campaigns
      - Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and brand goals to effectively reach target audiences
      - Contribute to the creation of media plans with accuracy and overall excellence
      - Collaborate with activation department leads to establish processes and timelines
      - Cultivate relationships with media community for idea exchange

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of experience in media planning, including digital media and comms planning
      - Familiarity with audience research and targeting
      - Proficiency in media tools such as MRI, Simmons, Nielsen Ad Intel, Kantar Strategy, DDS, MediaOcean, and HudsonMX
      - Knowledge of DCM, comScore, eMarketer, Forrester, and other digital media tools
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a media planner in the advertising industry
      - Familiarity with CPG companies and their media planning strategies
