- Ongoing, Clerk Grade 9/10 Role based in Sydney or Orange. Package includes base salary $125,693 - $138,510 plus superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading
- Expertise in program evaluation, including program design, policy, and business case development.
- Tertiary qualifications in economics, commerce, or related social science disciplines or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to present complex economic and evaluation concepts in plain language, making them accessible to a diverse range of audiences.
- A strong ability to engage and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including program teams, senior management, and external evaluators, to deliver impactful programs and evaluations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges, navigate complex stakeholder interests, and address emerging issues.
- Experience in leading projects, ensuring quality control, meeting deadlines, and managing project budgets.

About the Role
You will join our Program Design and Evaluation team within the Economics and Analysis branch in the Investment NSW group.
In this role, you'll design and evaluate programs to inform strategic investment decisions, ensuring program effectiveness across the Department.
You'll manage complex process and outcome evaluations, develop clear reports for diverse audiences, and collaborate with stakeholders to shape impactful programs, policies, and strategies.
Key priorities include applying rigorous methodologies, overseeing quality control, and providing evidence-based advice to senior management.
