What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications across various modules
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and system integrations
- Drive implementation and enhancements of ITSM modules and build ITOM capabilities
- Design and deploy integrations with third-party systems and automate processes for efficiency
- Act as a technical lead and mentor for ServiceNow developers, collaborating with stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3+ years in a lead or architect role
- Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, SAM, and Vulnerability Response modules
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP integrations
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise architecture frameworks
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Generative AI capabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, SAM, VR)
- Exposure to ServiceNow Generative AI certifications/capabilities is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide a development team
